Confidential transactions · Verified before reveal

Zeklio

The private deal room for verified introductions.

Coordinate buyers, sellers, mandates and longer intermediary chains without exposing identities too early. Verify the narrow claims that matter, agree fees, lock documents and release every approved item at the same moment.

No asset custody. No settlement. No trust score.

Why deals disappear

Confidential operations fail long before diligence.

01

Nobody knows who sits behind the alias.

Parties search for each other outside the process and expose information inconsistently.

02

The introduction chain cannot be defended.

Mandates, introducers and both principal sides describe different paths and fee rights.

03

One side is asked to move first.

Identity, documents or signatures leak before the other side is equally committed.

One guided workflow

From an uncertain introduction to a controlled reveal.

Each person sees one role, one next action and only the information that role is allowed to receive.

01 · Map

Build the chain

Create alias-only parties and require both endpoints to confirm every current relationship.

02 · Verify

Review narrow claims

Identity, company, authority, mandate and screening conclusions carry evidence, limits and expiry.

03 · Commit

Freeze the plan

Approve fees, reveal rules and the exact locked NDA and LOI before signatures begin.

04 · Release

Move together

Approved identities, documents and signatures release atomically with an auditable closing package.

The product, not a promise

A release you can inspect before you execute.

The sponsor sees the current blockers, exact execution plan, recipient-specific effects and immutable release evidence. Participants see a simpler view limited to their own role.

  • Server-derived role and capabilities
  • Readiness instead of an opaque score
  • Dispute and compliance holds
  • Encrypted closing package

Where the chain matters

Built for confidential introductions with more than two sides.

The pilot starts with private projects and real estate. The same trust pattern can support adjacent high-value transactions without turning Zeklio into an asset custodian.

Sponsor

M&A introductions

Create a defensible chain and controlled NDA/LOI process around a confidential corporate opportunity.

Professional intermediaries

Art & collectibles

Separate identity, authority, mandate and asset diligence while buyer and seller remain alias-first.

Digital assets

Digital-asset counterparties

Verify people, companies and authority before parties exchange operational details outside public messaging.

What “verified” means here

A precise statement with a date, source and limitation.

Zeklio does not label a party as universally trustworthy. Every attestation says what a human reviewer checked for this transaction, what evidence supported it, when it expires and what it does not prove.

Read the trust model

Identity is not authorityEach conclusion remains separate.
Mandate is not a fee rightEconomic agreements follow their own versioned process.
Screening is time-boundNo-match wording refers only to the configured check at review time.

Common questions

Clear boundaries before the first call.

Does Zeklio guarantee a buyer or seller?

No. Zeklio records narrow, transaction-bound verification conclusions with evidence scope, date, issuer and limitations. It cannot guarantee future conduct or performance.

Does Zeklio hold funds, cryptocurrency or assets?

No. Zeklio coordinates trust, documents, signatures and release evidence. Custody and settlement remain outside the product.

Can an intermediary protect a fee agreement?

Zeklio supports versioned fee proposals and separately signed fee agreements between configured payers and beneficiaries. Enforceability and payment remain legal and commercial matters for the parties.

Will participants see each other immediately?

No. They begin with aliases and receive only approved attributes for their role and phase. The main reveal is simultaneous when the configured policy passes.

Does AI approve identity or mandates?

No. Automation may extract, compare and flag inconsistencies. An authorized human reviewer makes the final decision and issues or revokes the attestation.

Why not use a smart contract?

The MVP coordinates legal documents, people, evidence and permissions rather than settling an on-chain asset. A serializable PostgreSQL transaction provides the required all-or-nothing release without making blockchain execution a dependency.
